theological-anthropological conversations in late modernity

theological: of or having to do with the study of God

anthropological: of or having to do with the study of humans, humanity

late modernity: post-World War II history, culture, society, economics, arts, religion, etc., of technological consumer capitalism

…that’s the context in which all conversations now take place…the bodies of literature trying to understand and articulate this are massive and wonderful

“theological-anthropological” conversations seek to understand the divine-human relationality, and the contours of the conversations take shape from your views of God/god and Humanity/humanity…and they can be marvelously beautiful, fun, maddening, etc….

that’s what this blog and site are, in the end, all about…along the way we move and live and have our being, seeking to make a living and figure out what it means to be human in the twenty-first century…

join in and let’s have some fun in our theological-anthropological relations…
